Aunay sur Odon #4

The vegetables looked much fresher on the stalls than those sold at the large supermarkets so we braved a little French and bought lots. Lillian also bought a globe artichoke. Unfortunately we have no idea what to do with it! Having scoured our cookery books and the internet for information on how to prepare, cook and eat it we are little wiser. It seems like a rather ‘complicated’ vegetable.
